To outsiders, selling online may seem like an impersonal experience. On the contrary! We exchange email with window shoppers and buyers all the time. We also communicate with customers who may have a question or comment about a recent purchase or want to combine shipping on multiple purchases. We've had a few requests from people asking us to watch for a special vintage item. Occasionally something has been damaged in the mail, and even more rare, someone is disappointed or simply would like to take advantage of our 30-day return policy.
